Junior Microfocus Applications Technical Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical guidance and support to our customer on MicroFocus Applications and all related integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- May be required to fulfil on-call support
Essential Skills:
- Sound technical expertise with MicroFocus SM and Service Portal
- Some experience in a technical support or similar role
Desirable Skills
- ITIL v3 or V4
- Basic technical expertise with other MicroFocus Applications including WSEH, Integrations, Unix/Containerisation, ALM, OO, uCMDB, UFT, and PC
