Experience Needed:

- Federal government project or Enterprise experience
- Software engineering background
- Collaborative and consultative approach to technical solutioning

**Technical Project Manager & Technical Business Analyst**
- Have a breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across a number of technologies.
- Manage deployments, designs, and migrations for IT projects
- Experience with CMS software such as TRIM, Filenet, Sharepoint, Alfresco

**Cyber Security Engineers**
- Lead and innovate technical solutions for diverse customer environments
- Advise, implement, document, and rigorously test solutions in real-world settings.
- Develop and configure efficient data ingestion and normalisation systems.
- Perform system configurations, updates, and health monitoring with precision.
- Create tailored reporting, alerting, and monitoring content to meet client demands.
- Analyse threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents for swift cyber defence enhancements.
- Investigate risks, propose mitigations, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

**Account Managers**
- Work with an existing portfolio of customers who already use a specific information management solution.
- Promote the benefits of implementing a comprehensive information management system across the entire organisation.
- Research the customer's business goals, value chain, and current information management challenges.
