The client itself specialises in cutting-edge integration technology that links all IT management systems, spanning both cloud and on-premises environments, fostering a cohesive unified setting. This role demands a substantial level of system administration expertise coupled with in-depth knowledge of ITIL service management processes and functions. Exceptional customer service skills are a prerequisite for this position. **Responsibilities include**: - Proactive engagement and communication with key project stakeholders, along with coaching and mentoring junior ITSM staff. - Identifying, clarifying, defining, and documenting business requirement specifications. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow Platform features and functionality. - Participation in software development sprints using the Agile SCRUM Method. - Implementation, administration, and support of ServiceNow. - Participation in system go-live activities and early life support. - Identifying, documenting, and communicating "Lessons Learned" during all engagements. **Desired qualifications and skills**: - ITIL V3 or V4 foundation or a proven comprehension of ITIL principles and practices in a day-to-day IT environment. - Technical root cause analysis experiences within incident and problem management. - Continuous improvement in business and system processes, accompanied by documentation and/or training artifacts. - ServiceNow (CSA, ITSM Implementer). - Desirable experience and/or exposure in: - Participating in IT emergency event situations (Major Incidents). - Linux OS scripting and general knowledge. - Prince2. - Agile methodologies.
