**About the role**
The IT Service Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the delivery of specialist IT service management governance, administration and support functions and services within the IT Service Management team.

The role develops, delivers and evaluates service management programs and projects and provides expert advice to internal and external stakeholders across a range of IT service management disciplines including configuration management, incident management, knowledge management and problem management.

The IT Service Management Specialist is also responsible for coordinating and undertaking business analysis processes to develop, implement and maintain IT service management standards and processes that support the effective operation of ICT Services.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required
- This role’s location is currently site specific, which may change due to the business needs of the role and the business needs of TAFE SA.
