**About the role**:
The Risk and Compliance Officer has oversight of and responsibility for ensuring Our Watch complies with all legislative requirements and internal risk and compliance policies. The role supports the implementation of Our Watch’s Risk Management Framework to ensure that key organisational and strategic risks, compliance obligations, and relevant Work, Health & Safety matters, initiatives and trends are identified, assessed, managed and reported on.

**About you**:
In addition to a professional qualification in risk management/compliance/quality assurance/audit/business systems, you will have the ability to identify, assess and manage risks, compliance and systems across an organisation using your strong knowledge of risk management practices and standards.
