In this role, you will be responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function.

As a Document Control and Administration, you will be responsible for:

- Being accountable for the management and delivery of documentation for a large-scale project, including storage, review, approval, and distribution.
- Managing the master document register in an electronic document management system, including engineering drawings, manufacturing data books, materials certificates, reports, etc.
- Acting as an interface between internal engineering and document control teams, external suppliers, and the client
- Developing, collating, and distributing a suite of document management reports for the client and project team
- Identifying improvement opportunities and escalate concerns to the Document Control and project teams and help to implement improvements
- Identifying clients contractual document control requirements and implement a project document management plan to meet them

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least 3 years’ experience in document control and administrative tasks
- Have significant experience in a customer facing document control role
- Have experience of using multiple document management systems
- Have experience driving on time document delivery throughout the project
- Able to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverables
