Our Oilfield Equipment business provides intelligent, connected technologies to control our energy extraction assets. Our team supports to provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

The Services Project Document Controller will control the flow of documentation between engineering, suppliers, and other Baker Hughes functions such as Shop, Manufacturing, Quality and Sourcing.

As a Services Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining archives and databases for project documentation using Baker Hughes’ Electronic Document Management System.
- Receiving, registering and distributing incoming and outgoing project documentation within pre-agreed timeframes.
- Monitoring status of project documentation and work with the project team and internal departments to expedite overdue actions.
- Producing effective project document status reports and issue to internal and external customers.
- Providing support to other projects during periods of increased activity or staff absence.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and work with the functional lead and project teams to implement improvements.
- Ensuring work is conducted in accordance with client and project requirements and all applicable Baker Hughes internal policies and procedures.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience of working with controlled document management in Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing and Services environment.
- Have experience in the use of formalized document control processes and tools.
- Have awareness of the implications of errors in document management
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in the English Language (written and oral) with internal and external interfaces.
