**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**
You are the go-to for everything pertaining to supplier management, planning and scheduling production. Some of your day-to-day may look a little like:

- **Supplier Management**:Finding, evaluating and selecting local and offshore suppliers, negotiating payment terms, communicating requirements and managing the Supplier Compliance Manual.
- **Production Planning & Scheduling**:Setting timelines and critical paths for each season, coordinating with relevant departments, researching exchange rates and prebooking fabrics as needed.
- **Production Ordering & Delivery**:Managing the sampling and production schedule, planning shipment dates for retail and wholesale.
- **Delivery Reporting - **Communicating with stakeholders regarding delivery windows.

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

We’re looking for someone who can strike the perfect balance between having a good time and getting the job done. You’re passionate about organisation and understand the art of negotiation. We’re also after:

- 5+ years of experience in a production management role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, including sourcing, manufacturing, quality control and logistics
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Excellent project management and organisation skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional IT skills
- 3PL experience is preferable
- Fashion experience will earn you brownie points but is not essential
