Exciting opportunity for a motivated and career minded, senior level, Legal Assistant to consolidate their career in a successful and growing specialist Plaintiff Law Firm winning exceptional compensation for their clients.

**About this role...**
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a
**Partner in a busy practice, **you'll enjoy being "hands on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

**Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to;**
- diary management and arranging appointments
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- coordinating and assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
- management of client files and filing of correspondence
- drafting correspondence
- billing files and drafting accounts
- extensive client liaison and general administrative tasks

**About you...**
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury (ideally abuse claims).

**Other favourable attributes include;**
- initiative and a pro-active approach
- excellent client service skills
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team
- sound MS Word/typing skills
- top organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
