Our client is looking for dedicated Support Coordinators to join their team and provide the best services they can, and support everyone along the way.

There are multiple locations available across Sydney.

The Support Coordinator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Supporting participants
- Understanding what plans and supports are applicable to clients
- Informing clients of their options
- Identifying any risks or barriers
- build and maintain strong rapport with all all relevant parties
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have problem-solving skills
- Driver’s licence (preferred)
- Own Transport (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $90.00 - $130.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Support Coordinator: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid & CPR Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Covid-19 Vaccination Cert (required)

- NDIS Screening Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
