**The Role**

As a Support Worker, you may be servicing our clients across our many regions which may include metropolitan Adelaide, outer south, outer north, Murray Bridge, the Hills and surrounding areas. You will provide a wide range of in-home supports, which may include assisting clients with personal care needs, domestic activities, transportation services and social support. Applicants need to have a strong desire to have a positive impact on the lives of those within our care with the goal of enabling our clients to live their life their way.

**Key Experience Required for the role**
- Previous experience as a Support Worker in the health or community services sectors
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health)
- Current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance
- Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Unrestricted Drivers' Licence and roadworthy-ensured vehicle if transporting clients
