As the Supply Chain Development Lead, you will drive various supply chain projects to create value and drive down costs from conception through to delivery and benefits realization to prepare the BU for capacity upgrade and implement supply chain best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect scalable supply chain models aligned with BU & Client growth objectives
- Develop long-term BU & Client specific network strategies (e.g., sourcing, production, distribution) and hybrid models leveraging internal operations and 3PL/4PL partners
- Develop projected and actual cost forecast reports and analyses to facilitate Business Unit management decision-making
- Identify and lead BU & Client supply chain transformation initiatives
- Standardize processes across Clients, BU & DKSH to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement best practices for planning, inventory, and fulfillment
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across procurement, logistics, planning, and inventory
- Lead the implementation of tools and foster automation and AI adoption
- Drive change management across supply chain teams and external partners
- Embed ESG principles into BU & Client supply chain practices and supplier selection
- Develop resilient BU & Client supply networks through risk assessment and mitigation strategies

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain or planning function role within FMCG
- Extensive knowledge in supply chain with a focus on logistics (third party management)
- Supply chain development experience would be an advantage
- Project and program management experience
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processing
- Knowledge of transportation sourcing including user requirements, carrier sourcing, Request for Proposal (RFP), carrier selection & implementation
- Self starter with a can do attitude and hands on approach
- Leadership skills with high level of interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Analytical approach with good attention to detail
