Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking an experienced supply chain strategist to lead the development of our global supply planning operations.

About the Role

The Supply Chain Strategist will be responsible for ensuring and improving product supply to customers by identifying and addressing long-term, medium-term and short-term supply chain risks. This involves driving supply chain improvements along the supply chains and underlying value streams for products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain long-term capacity and volume plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities in supply planning, product formats, inventory management, campaigning strategy to improve SCL performance in key areas such as reliability, lead times, responsiveness, cost, on-time delivery, inventory levels.
  • Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of Supply Chain Agreements with stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain the APO_SNP supply chain setup and associated supply chain parameters to fulfill customer needs.
  • Monitor site/supply performance against KPIs. Identify and understand trends in performance & identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide data to support the Global Supply reviews and implement action items accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management with knowledge on logistics and 2/3 years in business working in an international organization with a fast evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required with Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Deep functional knowledge and experience in Supply Planning and other aspects of SC including RCCP, Master Scheduling, Forecasting, Demand Planning and S&OP.
