Ranked #1 in Engineering News-Record’s 2020 “Top 200 Environmental Firms”. This organisation is going through rapid growth and are looking for a 12 month fixed term (mat leave) Bids and Proposals Partner that’s Transportation team focussed.
**Your new role**
Helping our teams focus their capture planning work on understanding our client’s key drivers
Taking part in Why Go meetings and informing the decision-making process
Working alongside the technical bid leads to manage the bid process
Coordinating and leading bid phase activities
Coordinating and writing compelling content for submissions, presentations and other related media.
Raising the profile of, and helping to improve, Work Winning process.
**What you'll need to succeed**
An appropriate tertiary qualification (degree in journalism, English, marketing & communications or similar)
More than three years' experience in a similar role
Experience in a business-to-business or professional services environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong internal client relationships
