**The Position Description**
The role will include the following, however will not be limited to:

- Ability to lead a small team
- Implementation of HR and PR systems
- Ability to deal with general Payroll duties
- Ability to communicate and deal with internal stakeholders
- Has worked in managerial roles within the past
- Has had an exposure to payroll
- Has dealt with SuccessFactors and SAP in previous roles
- Ability to lead a small team
- Ability to fix relevant issues and communicate with stakeholders
