We're working with a national mid-tier firm that are looking for a Legal Secretaries of all experience levels.
As a Legal Secretary, you will work as part of a small, yet high-performing team covering Insurance Litigation work. You will develop your legal and litigation skills through exposure to a wide variety of legal tasks.
If you’re looking for a role where you will have the chance to grow and learn under and excellent Partners, then this could be the role for you.
This role is open to career secretaries who can work full-time hours.
**What work will you do?**
- Document preparation and management;
- Communication and correspondence with clients and third party providers;
- Research; and
- Administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the matters inc monthly billing.
**What type of person will be successful?**
- Someone with a background of legal or professional services; or
- Someone wanting to make a change into the legal industry and has a mature persona;
- Excellent verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders;
- A mindset and a drive to deliver on high standards; and
- A capacity to be solutions focused.
