Legal Secretary

We are seeking legal secretary officer for a State Government Client. This respectful organisation is searching for talent with experience in administration. This job is a temporary position with the possibility for extension.
**Pay Rate**: $44.49 p/h + Super (AO3) and $35.04 p/h + Super (AO2)
**Duration**: 3 months, with a possibility of extension starting ASAP
**Location**: Brisbane CBD
**Hours**: Full time 38 per week Monday to Friday
**The role**:

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As part of the law firm, you will play a central role in maintaining a high-level of administration, reliability, and flexibility across the organisation. You will support Executive Legal Secretary and will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Act as the point of contact between the internal or external stakeholders
- Manage complex diary, book, and organize meetings and events, travel
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior staff
- Coordinate travel, bookings, and itineraries
- Manage expenses
- Assist with recruitment and induction
- Training, coaching, and developing legal secretaries
- Play an active part of Play an active part of the administration of the leadership team
**Job requirements**:
- Previous experience min 6 months-12 months in similar field
- Experience in a high paced environment
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Valid working rights
