We're working with an International Firm that are looking for a Senior Secretary to join their Brisbane team.

- _ Must have a proactive and positive working disposition_
Supporting the Brisbane Workplace Team, you will work alongside another secretary and support 2 Partners, 2 Senior Associates and an Associate working on 60% litigious and 40% advisory matters.
**What work will you do?**
- Document and brief creation;
- Speaking with clients, and third-parties;
- Monthly billing and expense reconciliation; and
- General file handling and associated duties.
**What type of person will be successful?**
- Someone with a background of working as a Legal Secretary;
- High time management or organisation abilities; and
- Someone who is proactive and solutions focused.
