**The Position**:
Wilson Security is seeking dedicated Reliever Security Officers that thrive in busy environments,with excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills

This position will be based across both sites
- Lilydale and Box Hill.

**Role Description**:

- Provide a safe environment within campus locations
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Report writing
- Rover duties
- Foot patrolling across different sections
- General customer service
- Responding to emergency alarms and being alert
- Liaising with Health and Emergency services
- Searching/escorting
- Locking and unlocking of facilities

**Qualifications/licenses required**:

- Current Victorian Security Licence and First Aid Certificate
- Working with children
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters
- Available on short notice
- Experience in a hospital environment - highly regarded, but not essential
- High level of physical fitness
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Must have good conflict resolution skills
- Well-presented and spoken
- Great communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Current valid Drivers Licence
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident/Full working rights
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
