**About the role**:
An exciting, casual opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as our Learning Designers

Within this role you will be designing and developing blended and online resources to support the Teacher Development and Innovation team and Box Hill Institute (BHI) Faculties. You will be ensuring sound and compliant design of innovative, engaging, and effective blended learning courseware, assessment material and learning technologies whilst supporting strategic projects at BHI.

Teacher Development and Innovation works closely with all teaching centres at BHI. It is responsible for providing BHI with a supply of current best practice e-learning resources and teaching tools, to promote the use of blended teaching and assessment.
- This role is a casual opportunity until 20 December 2024. Casual hourly rate is PACCT 7.4 $63.27._

**About You**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Diploma in Vocational Education and Training or equivalent
- Previous experience in learning design for e-learning and blended learning programs in a Vocational Education and Training or Higher Education environment
- Extensive knowledge of current quality standards, learning theories and principles applicable to e-learning and blended learning
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
- Applies interpersonal skills to actively listen to and interpret client needs; is committed to delivering high quality instructional materials for clients in a customer focused educational environment; seeks ways to continuously improve services
- Able to work collaboratively within an academic community
