**What are we looking for?**

An energetic go-getter, with the ability to manage the business in all of the key areas of sales and marketing, lead generation, operations, product management, service and people management. You must be passionate about the product but even more passionate about people.

**What is the focus of the role?**

A Jetts Club Manager is expected to maximise all opportunities to drive the club to its operational capacity and to ensure every member has an outstanding experience every time they enter a Jetts club. Standards, POS target and new member target is the foundation of measuring your success.
- Day to Day club operations
- Membership sales, growth and revenue targets
- Strong lead generation
- Business networking within the local community
- Maintaining high service standards
- A strong focus on club culture

**What skills and qualifications do you need?**
- A great attitude
- Passion for the product and people
- Exceptional communication and administrative skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to achieve monthly targets
- Business management experience with a focus on performance outcomes
- **Minimum completed Certificate III in Fitness**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR Certificate**
