**Responsibilities Include**:

- Generate new leads via outreach, member referrals, telephone inquiries, corporate and local outreach and community engagement.
- Warmly welcome and assist potential and current members, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Lead and manage a team of membership consultants, guiding them towards success.
- Exceed sales targets and achieve key performance indicators.
- Proactively generate new sales leads to expand our member base.
- Foster an inclusive club culture, emphasising member appreciation and celebrating their achievements.
- Ensure the club maintains impeccable cleanliness and upholds high standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Anytime Fitness, contributing to its positive image within the local community.

- Availability to work within our staffed hours of 9am to 7pm Monday - Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years sales experience in a management position
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: Up to $85,600.00 per year
