**The Role**:
Talent has partnered with a leading multi-national telecommunications provider that is growing their Appointment Setting / Lead generation team.

As part of a key business initiative to drive new revenue streams in the local SMB segment they are looking to build out a team of Appointment setters, which will play a critical role in their Small-Medium Business (SMB) growth strategy. The role will involve outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, updating the CRM, and booking meetings for the Sales Specialist team.

There is a fantastic opportunity for high performing Lead Generator to capitalise on an initial 6-month contract engagement with progression towards becoming a Sales Specialist down the line.

**Details**:

- ** $280 to $320 per day (inc. Super)**:

- **9am - 5pm Monday to Friday**:

- ** Melbourne CBD Location**:

- ** Duration - 6 Months with view to extend or transition to permanent work**

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years' experience in outbound call centres across any industry (Insurance, Finance, Telco, Utilities)
- B2B sales experience is highly advantageous
- Proven success in a high volume, velocity sales environment (60-100 calls per day)
- Experience connecting with outbound customers using an auto-dialler
- CRM experience - Ability to update and keep the data clean
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional phone manner
- 6-month contract with possible extensions | Melbourne CBD Location
- Attractive day rate with uncapped commission
- ASAP start date
