**Cost Administrator**
- UGL has an exciting opportunity for a
**Cost Administrator **to work in our Perth CBD office.

As the Cost Administrator you will provide cost administration support to the Finance Lead. You will also perform invoicing, reporting, month-end tasks and contractual administration.

**About the role**
- White Collar and Blue Collar invoicing in SAP
- WIP balance management and reconciliation
- Assist with end of month processes and financial reporting within required deadlines
- Have a clear understanding of all pay rates, relevant Awards, EBA’s and contracts relevant to the project Manage cost control, invoicing and debtor recovery activities for site ensuring compliance with company terms and other policies
- Maintain the data integrity of the contract financial data in SAP
- Follow up on any missing hours/discrepancies with Payroll, Site Leads and employees when required

**About you**
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional, mature and flexible work approach
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- SAP experience
- Working towards CA/CPA or equivalent
