What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead all cost planning, estimation, and budget control for MEP systems on major projects
  • Deliver strategic commercial and procurement advice to clients at every stage
  • Manage tenders, contract administration, and value engineering initiatives
  • Oversee forecasting, cost reporting, and final accounts with precision and confidence
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping shape the next generation of talent

About You

  • Proven experience in MEP cost management/quantity surveying within a consultancy environment
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
  • Chartered (MRICS / AIQS) status or actively pursuing accreditation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
