Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Job Costing and Invoicing (JCI) Administrator to join our Finance team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.

**THE ROLE**

As a Job Costing and Invoicing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our JCI team. Duties will include:

- Management of the Job Cost and Invoicing inbox
- Drafting a high volume of quotes
- Job setup & maintenance
- Compiling and submitting weekly reports
- General administration duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1 - 2 years previous administration experience
- Experience in the mining sector is advantageous
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a diverse team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
