**About the Role**

You will be part of the Event Services team, working closely with a Project Manager, in the end-to-end coordination of exam logistics up until event day. Running across Australia & New Zealand, our exams delivery business is diverse and tailored to our clients - from High School and university to Medical College Fellowship exams. Every day and every exam block is different.

Your previous experience in coordinating event or exam logistics will ensure the team goals of having a smooth and efficient operation, customer service quality checking, and general presentation are delivered.

On a day-to-day level, you will:

- Source and liaise with external partner venues and suppliers and ensure collaborative communication with stakeholders across the business for a smooth event
- Assist the Exams Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in all aspects of exam planning and delivery, including training our exam supervisors on procedures, and exam reconciliation
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with exam client partners

**About You**

In addition, you will have:

- High-level administration or event skills
- An outstanding customer service focus
- Proven experience in planning and prioritising work to successfully manage multiple events or clients
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Be able to work extended hours from time to time during peak exam periods
- Resilience to remain calm under pressure, and ability to make effective decisions
