**The Company**:
Bespoke event management agency is looking for an Event Coordinator to assist the Event Producer in the management of client events, creative concepts and the execution of client events. With a great team of long established employees, this role is due to growth within the business.

**The Role**:
This is a broad and hands-on role and requires the ability to research, organise,

Key Responsibilities include;
- Assisting in creating unique event design and concepts
- Be responsible for the day-to-day suppliers and venue management
- Responsible for event execution alongside the Event Producer
- Sourcing and delivering variables of event concepts
- Creation of production schedules and critical paths
- Guest management such as taking RSVPs, registration management, coordination of door lists, and coat check services when applicable.

- Experience working in an events agency is essential for this role
- Strong team player with an outgoing personality
- Confident in your delivery of work
- Strong time management skills
- Competent writing and grammatical skills
- A clear understanding of discretion and confidentiality
- Photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign are preferred but not essential
