**Confluence Water**, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water’s Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water’s North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

**The role**:

- Administer and deliver various core finance and accounting contract deliverables to support the finance operation:

- Purchase to Pay - back up for purchasing processing in Ariba & SAP
- Pay / Cost / Bill - time evaluation processes and cost allocation
- Contract to Cash - system pricing maintenance, billing and debtor / creditor management
- Finance to Manage - support end of month processes and reporting, bank statement upload/ allocation and balance sheet management
- Ensure the accounts functions are completed in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ad hoc reporting as required
- Develop own capabilities, skills and experience to improve finance and commercial service delivery to the Joint Ventureand establish Individual Development Plans to drive own career.

**About You**:

- Three to five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Recently completed or working towards a tertiary qualification in a business or related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
- Leadership - ability to self-motivate, plan, organise and guide own work by setting timetables and following a task list.Ability to work with limited supervision and in a participative and consultative manner. Model exemplary behaviour to others.
- Communication - Communicate both verbally and in writing across a range of stakeholders in a manner that is audience appropriate, clear, thorough and effective.
- Resilience - Show adaptability, perseverance and courage in achieving objectives under pressure and in the face of challenges. Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Accountability - Take ownership, proactively achieve objectives and continuously improve.
