**Role responsibilities**:

- Managing and implementing recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, staff reviews, offboarding, HR reporting and HR queries and administration.
- Work alongside the EA of the COO Office with HR administration and support.
- Work with COO and Executive Team to implement strategic HR projects as required.
- Maintain all employee records across our HR system (Employment Hero).
- High level project management skills, communication skills and advanced knowledge in Microsoft packages.

**Qualifications**:

- Employment Hero experience is highly desirable.
- Experience operating in a sole role is preferred.
- HR qualifications desirable, but not essential if you currently work in Human Resources and have 3 years + experience.
