**About the business and the role**:
Elite Therapy is one of Brisbane's premier Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage clinics, where patient care and well-being is paramount. We strive to provide our patients with the best possible health care in a friendly and caring environment.

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and organised professional to join our team to provide administration support, assistance and excellent customer service for our practitioners and patients. The successful applicant will be a "people" person, with a can-do attitude and provide a caring nature to all patients passing through the clinic.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Perform general reception duties; Answering phones, managing appointment bookings, greeting patients and billing on Cliniko.
- Managing and processing claims for HICAPS Private health insurance, Medicare, DVA and workers compensation.
- Cash handling and processing payments.
- Online claiming reconciliation.
- Stock ordering.
- Marketing and social media
- Maintaining the presentation of the clinic.
- Filing and cleaning.
- Providing healthcare support to practitioners and patients.

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multi task and perform well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in a previous medical receptionist role is preferred but not essential.
- Experience liaising with allied health professionals, doctors, and patients.
- Prior experience with "Cliniko" or a similar booking system and HICAPS is desired, but not essential.
- Flexibility in working hours/shifts and reliability.
- Confident and caring phone manner.
- Well presented, well mannered and confident.

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
