Your Impact:

- Warm Welcome: Greet every client with enthusiasm, providing a personalised and welcoming experience from the moment they step through our doors.
- Booking & Assistance: Assist clients with treatment bookings, service enquiries, and recommendations, ensuring their spa experience is seamless and tailored to their needs.
- Promote Our Services: Help clients explore the variety of beauty and wellness treatments offered at TFP Spa, supporting bookings and enrolments in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
- Community Engagement: Participate in the creation of a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, assisting with spa events and engaging clients with positivity.
- Operational Duties: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, handling cash transactions, managing our Point of Sale (POS) system, and assisting with facility opening and closing procedures.
