Role Description

This is a casual role for a Receptionist located in Newstead, QLD. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, managing scheduling and appointments, maintaining records, handling phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling and appointment management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Proficient in using office software and technology
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
