**_The Opportunity_**

We are seeking energetic & motivated **Trainee Educators** who will design, implement and evaluate programs for children that encourage them to explore. You will be a part of the team with good networking opportunities and the ability to learn and get stuck in. If your currently looking for a career change or looking for a rewarding career where you will be mentored and developed then this is the job for you.

**_ A typical day as a Trainee Educator;_**
- Providing nurturing care for children
- Working within an established professional team of educators and mentors
- Study time allocated off the floor
- Hands-on learning with Service Manager and leadership team
- Create a safe, fun, warm and welcoming environment
- Supporting our families in their parenting role
- Demonstrate respect for diversity and use inclusive practices to welcome all who enter the service.
- Observing children's engagement and learning.
- Assist children with personal hygiene routines.
- Enjoy your job, smile every day and never forget the importance of your role in children's lives.

**_Your experience_**

You will be passionate about a career in childcare, You won't be someone who rushes, forces or intervenes in their self-paced development. You will have extreme respect of infants and toddlers with undiscovered knowledge and ability.

As the first point of contact for parents, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly is essential.

**_ What you will bring:_**
- The willingness to obtain Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma
- Current Working with Children Card - this is essential you will not be interviewed unless this obtained
- The ability to work 5 days per week
- Motivated and hard working
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A team player with their own transport
- A genuine passion and care for children
