Product Marketing Executive

**Description**:
The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Fairview's Product Marketing Executive will work closely with our Category Management team to devise and execute product strategies to help drive demand for and specification of Fairview's new and existing suite of cladding solutions. This includes development and update of tools, assets, content and automation workflows to attract, engage and delight existing and prospective customers, positioning our products as the go-to solution for all their external façade needs.

Joining a dynamic and close team of positive, friendly and driven individuals, this new created role will act as a central point between sales, product and marketing to help achieve alignment and deliver best practice in how we talk about and position products in the market and more importantly, how we continue to add value for our customers.

The role can be based from either Sydney Olympic Park or Lithgow office. We can also offer hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in building awareness of and equity in Fairview's suite of products and categories.
- Help devise and execute Fairview's Go-To-Market process through having strategic input along with the development of content, collateral, sales enablement tools, customer workflows and journeys and review lead quality, and help close the loop for conversion.
- Champion the development and renewal of CPD presentations and coordinate the delivery.
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across sales and marketing specific to product promotion.
- Drive the execution of product brand plans in line with category strategies, including category campaigns, collateral and content development.
- Support category managers with the development of brand strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Provide general event support and coordination.
- Coordinate the development and dissemination of internal and external direct-marketing efforts including newsletters.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years marketing-related experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible and rational with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment
- Production experience (collateral, webinars, videos, eDMs)

Desirable
- B2B Marketing experience
- Experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience using Salesforce and Hubspot
- Experience in the use of website supporting tools for example, Analytics, SEO tools, Content Management Systems, and Marketing Automation Platforms
