Sales Specialist

**Description**:
The Role

Reporting the the Head of Business Services, this role will work collaboratively with sales and operations to manage the sale of clearance stock.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and contacting potential customers
- Proactive relationship management and follow up of identified sales opportunities
- Managing online sales and auctions
- Maintaining detailed reporting and data collection for all project opportunities
- Collaboration and teamwork with internal sales teams
- Communicating relevant information on projects, builders, and the market for analysis and action

**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Results focused - following through to get the end result every time
- Willing to learn and take on feedback
- Proven sales experience

Desirable
- Knowledge of or experience in the Fairview range of products
- Attention to detail
- Track record of exceeding targets
- Experience with software such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
