**About the role**

We're looking for a Territory Manager who will focus on growing and maintaining the existing Dulux customer base consisting of Trade painters in the Northeastern Suburbs with regional travel on a quarterly basis, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your manager and colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain existing key accounts.
- Support your customer base for best outcomes
- New business development, tailoring Dulux’s value propositions.
- Leveraging relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements;
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships and create new ones.
- Great energy and enthusiasm with a genuine, down-to-earth attitude.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- IT Skills and effective call cycle management will be important to your success in this role
