**About the role**

We're looking for a Territory Manager who is passionate about helping customers. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Service, maintain, and grow the existing diverse Dulux Trade customers.
- Interact face-to-face with the trade painters on a daily basis, supporting our customers to achieve the best outcomes.
- Identify market opportunities to achieve commercial outcomes
- Facilitate and maintain regular communication of trade painter activities to local trade stores

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven new business development and account management skills;
- Achievements in building sustained sales growth and financial returns;
- An ability to engage and create professional relationships at various levels;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- High levels of motivation, with a strong focus on outcomes.
