**About the role**:
As an Account Manager for Fosroc Construction Products, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers within the construction industry across Queensland.
We're looking for someone passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
**Responsibilities**
- Creating proposals on waterproofing, flooring, and other construction solutions
- Continuously look for opportunities to expand the client base
- Liaise with Engineers, Specifiers, Architects, and Corporate Bodies as required
- Respond to and follow up on sales leads and information provided by information systems, such as BCI and Estimate One
- Attend trade shows and industry events to positively and proactively represent Fosroc Products.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions as well as supporting a formal training offering
**Skills & Experience**
- Account Management, Territory Management, or Business Development within a similar industry
- Solid B2B or B2C sales experience, including cold calling and new client generation
- Tech Savvy
- Strong verbal and written business acumen with a strategic focus
- Delivering business presentations to a range of stakeholders
