Are you an experienced Human Resources professional seeking an exciting opportunity? Look no further

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part time **Human Resources Business Partner** to join the Autoleague team.

Based in Midland, you will have the unique chance to make your mark working with our Midland Dealerships. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, playing a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. Collaborating closely with our management team, you will also provide strategic HR guidance to support our business objectives.

We value work-life balance and are offering a part-time position with 0.8 FTE, spread across five days. This allows you to pursue your professional passions while enjoying flexibility in your schedule.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience in investigations and advising on performance management practices, industrial and employee relations matters
- Skills and knowledge to support managers in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Drive to partner with leadership to lead organisational and cultural change initiatives
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to develop rapport and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to interpret awards and strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation
- Have a tertiary qualification in HR or relevant field
- Extensive Human Resource experience
