We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to join our boutique consultancy that specialises in careers, talent, recruitment, and managed services. We are the go-to for people solutions for the agriculture, civil, construction, government, mining, and oil and gas industries.

Based in Midland, with a small supportive team, our open plan offices are centrally located, close to public transport, and parking. We offer flexible working hours, encouraging work/life balance (negotiated to also suit our needs) and pride ourselves on our inclusive, cooperative, and collaborative workplace.

Our ideal Executive Assistant will be able to
- Multi-task and manage their workload efficiently
- Work autonomously and within the team as required
- Provide exceptional organisational skills
- Communicate effectively, liaise with others, and build strong working relationships
- Manage high-volume communications, calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings and events
- Respect and maintain client/business confidentiality

Responsibilities include
- Lead short-term projects and initiatives as requested by the Managing Director
- Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Assist Recruitment and HR Teams with all other related assigned tasks
- Communicate and be responsible for incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the team
- Prepare materials, Terms of Business, and presentations for the Managing Director's meetings and events
- Keep accurate records and files up to date
- Compose and edit written materials, including for marketing and social media release

Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience in detailed administrative and personal/executive assistant roles
- Proficient with Google and MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an ability to become familiar with business-specific programs and software
- Thrive in working in a dynamic team environment where no two days are the same
