**About the company**:
Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking an APS5 equivalent Capability Partner Facilitator to join their busy team.

**About the role**:
As the Capability Partner Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering learning programs through digital learning and virtual platforms, including MS Teams, and seeking feedback, identifying and reporting trends. As well as:

- Maintaining technical knowledge of best practice across capability and learning, innovations in learning and technology, and contributing to the development or continuous improvement of learning projects.
- Contributing knowledge, skills, and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational and on the job learning programs.
- Resolving enquiries relating to learning programs and activities.
- Updating and maintaining the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience delivering learning programs
- Previous experience in learning development, training, capability, or instructional design
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a virtual team.

**Benefits**:

- August Start Date (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-Month Temporary Assignment
- Full Time Hours - Monday to Friday
- $55.24 per hour + super
- Hybrid working available - Work from Home and Office
