Your new role
- As the key contact for management and staff alike, this HR Generalist position this role will provide all end-to-end people policies, practices, and procedures aimed at an optimal working environment and the promotion of a culture of excellence. Providing operational and transactional HR advice to managers and staff.
- Identifying areas of development and implementing existing human resources programs, policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve Employment Conditions to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Utilise system and people analytics to drive recommendations for initiatives and support payroll.
- Conduct end to end Recruitment for all positions and ensure thorough on-boarding and induction of new hires.
- Perform and build management competence to execute Performance Counselling and Development discussions, facilitate grievance and disciplinary and separation conversations.
- Conduct training needs analysis to ensure compliance, role performance and career progression and plan activities internally and with external providers.
- Support the building of a positive company culture through reinforcement of values and behaviours, conveying of information, employee recognition, and other engagement initiatives.

You will be driven and motivated to succeed, you will have demonstrated high level organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
