Our client is an Australian owned brokerage specialising in the SME market, they are currently in a major stage of growth and looking to bring on someone to support their broking team in the strata space.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has had exposure to property claims and looking to develop their career in a highly sought after area of broking. In this role you will be learning from some of the best in the industry and it will be a vital part of your career journey.

The role:

- Invoicing, renewal processing, and general administration support to broking operations.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting the Account Manager with portfolios of clients, marketing, and overall achievement of the company targets.
- Lodgement and management of client claims.

You:

- Experience in the general insurance space specifically property or strata.
- Ambitious, driven, and brilliant communication skills with the willingness to develop in the broking industry undertaking the relevant qualifications necessary.
- Strong working attitude and career focused.
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with clients and customers.
