**About our Opportunity**
This is a true sales role supporting our Trend NSW & ACT businesses, managing the commercial segment, driving sales growth and exceeding the strategic direction set by the business. You will research, evaluate and execute sales opportunities to drive Trend into new market segments. Your core focus is to hunt, plan and execute the administration of project deliverables to our customers in order to meet our committed delivery dates and expectations, ensuring projects are delivered in full, on time and to budget.
You'll provide leadership and support to a small team, a Project Manager and Commercial Estimator as well as receive support from the QLD Technical team. You need to be a Sales Manager who naturally builds constructive relationships to cultivate a climate to optimise sales outcomes and meet sales objectives.
In addition, you will:
- Actively search new sales leads to facilitate the growth of the Commercial Team.
- Review quotations for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy to plans, allowance for site works, materials & equipment and compliance to building regulations.
- Provide senior management sales dashboard reports
- Manage all aspects of divisional P&L
- Support Commercial Site Supervisor in planning and executing on material flow and installation scheduling to ensure project timelines are met with resources available.
**About You**
We are looking for a someone with an understanding of commercial windows and doors, selling or trade experience with commercial expertise is a must. You will be commercially astute and have excellent communication and relationship management skills, along with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. Your strength will be in your ability to bring resilience and enthusiasm along with a practical and consultative hands-on approach to sales management. Highly motivated, results orientated leader with a bold approach to seeking new business.
You will have:
- proficient experience with technology and CRM ERP's
- strong business acumen
- ability to produce accurate reporting and evaluation
- experience within the commercial building industry
