Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Marketing & Sales Manager.

About the Role:

This is an executive appointment for a strong individual to take control of the marketing & sales of our residential off the plan and completed stock including land lots, houses, townhouses and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns for each project
  • Build and manage multi-channel sales teams
  • Promote our brands to the Real Estate market
  • Manage and mentor the Sales team
  • Maximise sales

About You:

You have:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager and/or Sales Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Western Sydney real estate market (our core market)
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Built Sales Teams
  • Launched marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Love to 'close the sale'
  • Relevant Real Estate Licences.
  • Current driver's license.
