**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Sales Manager** to join our team and work directly with the founder. This is not a traditional office job—this role involves being on the road every day, visiting clients across Sydney, both establishing new relationships and nurturing existing ones. You will be a true business partner in our growth journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive around Sydney with the founder every day to meet clients, including fabricators, contractors, builders, designers, and architects.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and site visits to promote our stone slab products
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring excellent customer service
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Spend full workdays on the road, actively engaging with clients and representing our company

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, or stone industry
- Strong ability to connect with diverse clients
- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**:

- Ability to work closely with a business owner, sharing day-to-day activities and goals
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving around Sydney
- Proficiency in English. Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
- Knowledge of engineered stone products is a plus but not mandatory

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Australia (required)
