CAFE BIRKENHEAD IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CAFE SUPERVISOR.

WE ARE AT BIRKENHEAD OUTLET.

- Well presented
- Experienced and able to work efficiently in a fast paced cafe environment
- Level headed and have excellent communication skills
- Positive and able to lead a team by example
- Quality focused with a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about food and coffee, wine, beer and other beverages
- Available to work weekends, night functions and public holidays (if required)

**CORE DUTIES and JOB ROLE INCLUDES**,
- General waiting and coffee making duties
- Ordering
- Rosters
- Open, close and cleaning procedures
- Being responsible for reservations
- Running function bookings and ensure meeting bookings inquiries in details
- Managing conflict and complaints
- Working with and building on current systems
- Assisting with training of staff

Looking for someone with a great attitude that can jump in and help where needed. Also must be a firm but fair leader for the team, with great customer service skills for our guests. Must be reliable.

Experience in ordering and rostering a plus.

Excellent opportunity for a Supervisory role in a busy water front cafe.
