Key Account Manager

**About The Role**:
**ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)**is seeking a results-driven **Key Account Manager** to join our team in **Traralgon**.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by winning new business and expanding our customer base within the residential and small commercial sectors. You’ll manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and work alongside a supportive team to drive efficiencies, innovation, and continuous improvement in our sales culture.

**As a Key Account Manager, you will**:

- Win new business and grow strong relationships, expanding our customer base in the residential and small commercial markets
- Work collaboratively with the Area Manager and a strong peer network to drive efficiencies and innovation
- Be a key player in helping our Forrestfield site grow and achieve its potential
- Drive innovation and contribute to a high-performing sales culture
