We are currently looking for a motivated professional, enthusiastic and hard-working full-time Hotel manager for our establishment, “Quality Inn and Suites Traralgon.”

This is a full-time job with an exciting opportunity to display your hospitality and operation management skills.

We are located in the regional town of Traralgon in Victoria.

The role demands:
1. Previous managerial experience in the Hospitality sector (Preferably Hotel).

2. Display exemplary work ethics and high reliability.

3. Be equipped with problem-solving abilities to effectively manage all the obstacles of running a business on your own."

4. Strong organizational skills.

5. Positive and friendly personality to both customers and the team they lead.

6. Display highly professional team-leading attributes.

You will have significant independence in ensuring the hotel operates smoothly, with duties such as hiring, training, and overseeing all departments like kitchen, front office, housekeeping and accounts as well as ensuring compliance with hygiene and workplace safety regulations. In return, you will receive a competitive compensation package.
- $70,000 - $85,000 + Super
